We just had Dave and his technician out to resolve a wasp nest issue in our shed. They responded to our request in a timely manner and took care of the problem efficiently and effectively. The nest was very large but they didn't seem at all daunted. They sprayed the nest and advised us to avoid the area for 24 hours until the wasps die off. Best customer service from beginning to end. David helped us understand what we were dealing with, spent over 20 minutes on the phone explaining next steps and remediated the issue within days!
Paramount Pest Control did an incredible job for us! David is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Our house had so many ants, earwigs (ew) and Asian beetles and we haven't seen any since he came by! He was also super quick to respond to my online inquiry and managed fit us in quickly even during a busy season. Highly recommend!
It looked like we had a wasp nest by a dryer vent outside the 2nd floor bathroom window. I sent a text about this to Paramount and David literally phoned me back within 15 mins (might be less because I was outside playing catch with my son). David also followed up with a text. I phoned him and described the issue. He had me go up to the bathroom and look out the window and see if there were any wasps coming in or out of the nest.
