I’ll never forget my experience with David, the owner of Paramount Pest Control. My elderly father had just gone into the hospital for emergency open-heart surgery and I was trying to get my mother settled into the house for the night. I would give 10 stars if I could... I Contacted Dave, I explained I thought we had an insect problem and Dave was at our house within 24 hours. He was extremely friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and absolutely exceeded all our expectations. He did a full inspection of the house, took the time to explain everything in easy to understand, great detail. Ours was a complicated job. We have an apartment in our house, and pavement ants were pretty widespread. Paramount Pest Control was recommended to us by several friends whose experience was excellent. And Dave was super responsive and professional. Dave was very honest, helpful, funny, kind, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He responded to my email inquiry within hours and quickly put me at ease over the phone, while setting up an appointment for the next day. He called to let us know he was running late.
