Paramount Performance is outstanding. Conor and everyone in the gym are so down to earth. I would say it is like cross fit (or what I imagine cross fit is) without all the bs and hurting yourself. The group classes are never crowded and you get a lot of 1:1 time, as well as personal training from someone with actual college credentials (not just some "personal trainer" at your local fitness club).
