I LOVE this place. They have been really good with my son who has disabilities.....BUT, I had to reschedule once and they told me if I reschedule again they will drop him as a patient. UM, WHAT?!? I don't care what the "policies" are. THAT is screwed up.
They were wonderful with my 6-year-son who has been afraid of the dentist in the past.
