Has to have some of the worst customer service in America unwilling to meet the needs of their customers. I couldn’t even finish the phone call before I had to hang up , from being absolutely disgusted!. I understand that people call and CANCEL!!!! their appointments. But being unable to RESCHEDULE Do to an unforeseen event makes me wanna VOMIT!!!!!. Unable to figure out the difference from a RESCHEDULE and CANCLLATION!!!
