So friendly!! Getting through the online setup was easy and so secure, then getting into the unit was also super easy. Josh made sure there was a solid, CLEAN AND DRY unit ready to claim on the day I needed. I believe he even touched base to make sure move in went well! Coming back to a 'small town' from the big city, I wasn't sure what to expect! Paramount Mini Storage has definitely exceeded my expectations

This was the best storage experience we’ve had! Josh was communicative and effective and it took no time at all to be set up for storing our RV. The location is safe, and our RV is safe and secure on asphalt with numerous cameras. We can’t thank Josh and Paramount more for assisting us with our RV! Will be recommending to anyone we know in the area, and best part-it’s right off of 71!

We had a unit for 2 years and when we went to empty the unit we found standing water in the back of unit and mold allover all of my wifes antique furniture. We we put in for the insurance claim the owner lied and told them they found no leaks or water. We took pictures we have proof of it.

Clean storage units. Easy access to load and unload. Cameras everywhere to keep your items safe. No issues with the company to date.
