This was the best storage experience we’ve had! Josh was communicative and effective and it took no time at all to be set up for storing our RV. The location is safe, and our RV is safe and secure on asphalt with numerous cameras. We can’t thank Josh and Paramount more for assisting us with our RV! We had a unit for 2 years and when we went to empty the unit we found standing water in the back of unit and mold allover all of my wifes antique furniture. We we put in for the insurance claim the owner lied and told them they found no leaks or water. We took pictures we have proof of it.
The rental process was super easy and only took about 20 minutes. Autopay is available and insurance. Really convenient.
Safe, new, clean, and fast online storage rental process. I selected my unit size online, filled out my information and had access to my storage unit within a few minutes. They even had a brand new lock for us inside the storage unit. I had a couple questions so I texted the number and someone replied within 10 minutes. Definitely the best self storage rental experience in Morrow county so far.
