So friendly!! Getting through the online setup was easy and so secure, then getting into the unit was also super easy. Josh made sure there was a solid, CLEAN AND DRY unit ready to claim on the day I needed. I believe he even touched base to make sure move in went well! Coming back to a 'small town' from the big city, I wasn't sure what to expect! Paramount Mini Storage has definitely exceeded my expectations

Safe, new, clean, and fast online storage rental process. I selected my unit size online, filled out my information and had access to my storage unit within a few minutes. They even had a brand new lock for us inside the storage unit. I had a couple questions so I texted the number and someone replied within 10 minutes. Definitely the best self storage rental experience in Morrow county so far.

This was the best storage experience we’ve had! Josh was communicative and effective and it took no time at all to be set up for storing our RV. The location is safe, and our RV is safe and secure on asphalt with numerous cameras. We can’t thank Josh and Paramount more for assisting us with our RV! Will be recommending to anyone we know in the area, and best part-it’s right off of 71!
