Unprofessional office staff! Talking about patients and laughing about them WITHIN EARSHOT. Was told on the phone that my appointment was at noon. I arrived at 11:45. They had no patients in the room sign in. Came out and asked again why I was here! THEN, at 12:40 the person at the desk had the nerve to say I had only been waiting about 10-15 minutes when I complained I had been waiting so long and then told me my appointment was at 12:30! I will be posting this review everywhere I can find to post it, because it is infuriat... read more
