Great service
You can feel that Dr Kwan genuinely cares for the patient’s health. He took time to explain condition and advice on the possible effect with the medications rather than brushing it through.

Dr Andrius Balnionis charges more than $90 for a simple script renewal and I was not charged this amount when I see other doctors. I contested it and the receptionist simply said that the doctor can charge whatever they want. The fee is very untransparent and unfair. He was very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I went for a mental health crisis and simply asked me to call a helpline which never picks up the call and was very dismissive.
