Paramount Living Aids are really great to work with. They responded very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. After visiting for a quote, they were able to install the very next week. Has anyone ever heard of purchasing a chair, having it delivered, set up, detailed operating instructions. All within less than one hour making my phone purchase. Impressed is is an understatement! I could not express my appreciation enough. Thank you for everything you did for us. You would not believe how much of a difference it has made. Zach and Patrick came to my 92 year old mother's home today to install a Bruno Elan stairlift. Not only were they superbly competent, but they explained how to use it thoroughly and clearly to both of us. They patiently gave my mother the time she needed to become completely comfortable operating it on her own. We couldn't have been more satisfied and would highly recommend this company!
