Nice place to deliver the load fast unloading and they have clean restroom for drivers and no overnight parking.
My pool installer, Premier Pools of Tallahassee, highly recommended a Hayward sand filter for our pool. Less than a year later it began leaking sand to the pool cleaner/robot. My pool installer opened the filter and immediately saw that the top valve had not been glued at the factory. He told me to contact Hayward to send a new valve and send a Hayward warranty repair specialist to fix the problem. Hayward manufactures quality pool equipment. Their sales and tech support staff are amazing and a true asset to my business.
We have a Hayward Hydropure Ozone UV Generator installed. Just after a little more than a year of use, all lamp bulbs went. Warranty refused as limited by 1 year. To make matters worse replacement bulbs for the Ozone are on "back order" in Vancouver BC. Pretty poor performance both, in terms of the equipment as well as customer service
