Had a superb first time experience with hayward tech support. 6 stars! Called to troubleshoot a filter pump not coming on, got Tony on the line and man! talk about p's and q's! He knew exactly what i was talking about and communicated in a way i could easily understand! We diagnosed it as a bad motor drive, ive got a new one on the way! Will edit when i install the part and let you know if hes as good as im making him out to be!
Hayward was highly recommended to us for our pool and spa, both located in Costa Rica. We were purchasing new heaters. The spa heater has stopped working after 4 months. Nice place to deliver the load fast unloading and they have clean restroom for drivers and no overnight parking.
