Very unprofessional and are only looking for people who will make them the most money. We had them in to look at our kitchen, we wanted 2 different options to help reconfigure our kitchen.. instead they showed us a full gut job, start over kitchen which we got quoted $20,000 after discussing we were not willing to put $20,000 into our kitchen. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Paramount Kitchens in Petawawa was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. What was supposed to be an exciting renovation quickly turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. To begin with, communication was practically non-existent. I constantly had to chase them down for updates, and when I did get a response, it was vague or misleading. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the female owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any business. She is very rude, ignorant and very impatient and made you feel rushed making decisions. Got very rude when she found out they would not be doing the install. Glad I never spent money there.
Absolutely terrible to deal with this company and its owners. I wouldn’t hire them to make me coasters for my cups out of their off cut material. What a waste of time and more importantly..MONEY.. trusting their word and workmanship and accountability for the numerous mistakes they made. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
