Terrible company. Do not hire them. They have convicts as formans and there is a serious lack of experience from the top down. This company gets kicked out of jobs all the time, the owner jordan adams dropped a crane at Sierra Pacific last year , costing not only millions but costing alot of people their jobs. The whole valley knows about Paramount lol.
