I am one of 31 people who endured major delays in the completion of their new house because Paramount Homes failed to comply with Affordable Housing regulations. My problems have continued with the new house's entryway and garage steps. None of the model homes have steps, and Paramount Homes never told me my house would have them. My two-car garage is actually a one- car garage because the garage steps extend so far into the garage. The concrete front steps have uneven risers, are narrow in width and lack handrails. Their plumbing & drywall subcontractors are terrible. Home is 4 years old with numerous leaks and issues. Would not recommend.
