I’ve just completed 50 personal training sessions with Brandon and I am so impressed with my results. Not only do my InBody scan numbers show results, but I feel so much healthier and more confident in myself! He takes the time to explain every exercise and makes sure your training is tailored to you and your goals. Outside of training, the gym itself is equipped with everything you need. It never feels crowded and the 24/7 access is great! This is a great place to be if you’re looking to target your fitness goals!
The definition of a hidden “gym”!! I’ve been a part of numerous gym memberships in the area and had my own at home gym set up, but Paramount takes the cake. I have never had to wait for a machine, can listen to my own music, and the owners are super friendly and experts in the space. It feels like a really safe space for working out at any point in the day.
Very nice place with a owner who has a lot of knowledge.
