I had a pregnancy massage at Serenity Bungalow last week with Lily and it was amazing! I went in with lower backache with stiffness and left feeling so much lighter and relaxed Leidy was so gentle and caring, I feel so much better now.. Loved the ambiance & the staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend to any mum-to-be! 🥰
I visited Serenity Bungalow for a deep tissue full-body massage and a physiotherapy session for my lower back pain and both were amazing. Relaxing environment + friendly professional staff. Both the massage & physiotherapy sessions were incredibly effective. Desh, the physiotherapist, was very knowledgeable. I felt immediate improvement after the session and my lower back pain started to reduce. I will definitely be returning.
While the previous owners were fantastic, the new owners / management leave much to be desired. Firstly, while Serenity Bungalow has been in operation for 8 months, I have never been able to access the Netflix in the infrared sauna. The website states "Netflix provided for your entertianment during your session". On my several visits, I have been told that "unfortunately, it is not working". Being told that once, you believe it.
