I’m so glad I found this place. The environment is welcoming, both the staff and members are always kind and helpful—it feels like a community instead of just another gym. The whole crew there is so friendly, and knowledgeable. I did training with Jabari and he was invaluable to me getting started with my fitness journey. I've been there probably 100 times since signing up and I've only needed to wait for a machine a handful of times ever

I cannot say enough good things about Paramount and what they offer. I started personal training with Justin for about 3 months while I was home from college and I never looked back. He pushed me to limits I didn’t know I had and helped me succeed all the goals I set for myself in the off season. Justin’s workouts were like no other workouts I’ve ever done before, not to mention he was extremely motivating along the journey. I highly recommend going to Paramount for all of your fitness goals!

I’ve been doing personal training at Paramount Gym for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life. Justin is an incredible trainer, he makes me feel comfortable and confident every session, while still pushing me to reach new goals. The gym itself has such a great vibe. Amazing gym. This was my first gym outside of a major gym and it's been great. Did a year contract, no hidden fees and I've never seen a piece of equipment out for too long. They've also added tons of new equipment this past year. Today had to cancel since I'm moving out of the area and that was a simple process as well. You could tell the owners and staff genuinely care about the gym and fitness in general. I highly recommend Paramount.
