If I could give them a zero I would. Took them 5 months to get things corrected with the countertops they put in and I have a SMALL kitchen. It was messed up from the first installation and just kept getting worse. Either they measured wrong or it was cut wrong, neither depts would admit it was their fault. They had to rebuild frame around my kitchen window because the cut was wrong for the wall pieces ( I chose no tile for backsplash but instead had solid piece put in. RecommendedI visited other countertop stores in town and I have to say that Paramount was by far the best! Cassidy took the time to explain everything thoroughly and she is well educated on the difference between quartz, granite and marble. She is also professional and friendly. We are excited to be using Paramount for our new build.
from start to finish Matt was helpful in the planning and installation of our new granite countertops. the installers were professional and competent. Matt was very flexible since we ordered right at the beginning of the"Virus" situation.
