We had our old windows replaced by Paramount Glass Solutions January 2026. The crew showed up everyday on time, in good spirits and ready to work. Zach always came to say good morning letting us know they were there on site and letting us know when they were leaving at the end of the day. They worked hard and continuously to meet the schedule. I drove from Vernon to Enderby to get a quote. nobody was there to help me , because the business is run from an auto wrecker. I received a business card. I called and left details for a quote on four windows to a lady on the other end. i waited a week with no answer or email, so i called again. i was informed they needed more info. I gave them the info. waited a week with no answer. called again. no reply. i waited another week. Not impressed had Zach come out do a quote for me then ghosted me wouldn't return my calls, Had to get another company to do the job for me, I would not recommend using this company poor service. Ghosting a client is not cool.
