Call this clinic since early this morning during business hours and All throughout the day till 5 o'clock nobody answered the phone at all during business hours even tried different extensions but no answer today
Arlene is an amazing NP I followed up after ER visit and she addressed all my referrals and medication refills I would recommend her 100%
If I could give this doctor a 0 rating I would, I had questions regarding my condition.. SHE DIDNT KNOW NOT 1 question I was asking her, then ontop of that she did a quick scan on google and said she researched it, she caught an attitude VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, if you didn’t know the answers to any of my questions you should’ve said that.. Every since NP Adriana left the clinic customer service has declined. Maria took a leave of absence, Noone ar the front desk was answering or returning calls to me(the patient) Example: last week surprisingly Maria answered the phone, left messages and inquiries that only a doctor can answer. She stated ill find out and call you back. It's been over 7 days and no return call in regards to my refills and etc. I took it upon myself to call the clinic to follow up myself. No answer.
