Very friendly and professional staff! Equipment for eye exam is very modern / high tech. Dr Dirks answered all my questions regarding glasses and even hypothetical contacts and/or Lasik. Enjoyed the uncrowded and unrushed atmosphere. Glass frame brands and options in-store can be limited.
Dr. Dirks and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Appreciated how they educated me on the process and results. I went in very anxious but they made it a pleasant experience.
This place is the only place I will go for my vision needs from now on! The office itself is beautiful and extremely tranquil. Also, they have a really great selection of frames/lenses for you to choose from! The girl at the front desk is just as lovely and as personable as you could ask for! I was afraid of the eye doctor since I hadn’t been to one in years, but this was the easiest experience ever! There was no pain or discomfort and the appointment took less than 30 minutes. I’ll definitely be going back every year now
