My family and I were left with doing our own closing basically. There was a poor closing transaction by miscommunication, not sending proper forms, and when they were sent, they were sent late and I was not given ample time to have them notarized, which was a major inconvenience. This was due partly because that living in Canada and having a Civic Holiday, was not considered in the time allowed. This all left me unimpressed to say the least.

It was an absolute delight to work with Benjamin and his team!
