I have been trying to get in contact with this company for at least a week now for roof repair. I’ve left messages, texts, and called during their open hours and I have yet to get any type of response. I will continue contacting them until I hear back.

I have been trying to get this company to start on my roof for going on three months. I have repeatedly reached out to them only for them to reply a week later and apologize and ignore my complaint about how long it takes them to reply. they continued to treat me like my work wasn't important and we have now gone with a different awesome company. they replied to me within an hour, had someone come out for an estimate same day, and my work will start in two weeks. Called to get a bid and send in the requested info. Called again the next day to make sure they received the email, they confirmed and said we would hear from them that day. Never got a bid or call back.
