No one should ever approach this company. This person will only take money and doesn’t do any construction. They will take their money and give subcontracts to a cheap builder and not going to answer any of your calls. And our subcontractor tells me paramount didn’t pay them and the construction is delayed. As a customer I am paying a lot of money on mortgage but my house is not ready.
