I have worked with Carlos and Paramount Building Solutions on many projects as well as had him to work at our personal house. He built a beautiful set of retaining walls and deck at our house. I Could not be more thrilled with his fair prices, communication and craftsmanship. It is clear this guy knows what he is doing.
