Mr. Jackson Emerson provided us with a WRITTEN estimate for work on our home. Then, right before work was to start, HE DOUBLED THE PRICE!! He would not honor his own written estimate. Deceitful and shady to say the least. Beware.
Needed to have my condo inspected for structural issues because of some large cracks that had surfaced along my ceiling and above my front door. They were very responsive, with great communication from setting up the appointment, to explaining what they were seeing throughout the inspection, and then even following up after to make sure I understood what they saw.
