Terrible Product and Service
I have a life time warranty but when you call regarding maintenance you are sent from one location to another and thus far no response from them
Unethical contractors and building practices (not to code). Very condescending staff esp to women. Stay away
We are so happy with our new roof and Paramount Builders. From the first visit to the installation and finished product we couldn't be more pleased. They stayed on budget as promised even though they had to replace numerous boards on the roof. They left no nails behind, which was very important to us because we have dogs. As a realtor in the Fredericksburg area, I will definitely be recommending Paramount Builders to all of my clients for their roofing needs. Thank you so much Paramount! "Customer service", "setting appointments"...LIES! This is a door to door canvasing job. Nobody wants to do that. These people wasted my time by being dishonest about what the job even was. Don't fall for it.
