Extremely poor customer service at this location. I don’t want to drag the entire staff down with the manager Vanessa, she is the sole reason for this review. She is combative and very unprofessional, and seems to have issues with people that she sees as “privileged”. She went on to trash former management on the phone (Liz), and Liz was never brought up, nor has she been there in years, so what was that about.? The staff is my favorite part about coming into Paramount Beauty (Bay Ridge). Warm, friendly, and generally helpful! Also most things are easy to find in shop, they are pretty well stocked, and are always having fabulous deals/discounts! The only kicker is that it’s so far away from me, I wish they’d add a location in central Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan!

This store was closed at 3pm on Friday. It's also only open to professional stylists, as it says on the door. Please keep this in mind if you are going there.
