Extremely poor customer service at this location. I don’t want to drag the entire staff down with the manager Vanessa, she is the sole reason for this review. She is combative and very unprofessional, and seems to have issues with people that she sees as “privileged”. She went on to trash former management on the phone (Liz), and Liz was never brought up, nor has she been there in years, so what was that about.?
