Robert took an issue very foreign to me and helped make it, and the entire home loan process very manageable. He was able to help me understand complex issues without talking down to me like other lenders previously had.
Robert was great!!! When our original mortgage guy dropped the ball two weeks before we were supposed to close on the purchase of our new home, we were stressed.
