Would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a home loan. They do a stellar job with getting you to the closing table.
Paramount bank uses Real brokers. Not the children they use at all those banks that offer 'free mortgages'. Our broker was Ken Schultz. He's brilliant! He got us loan on our four plex. Which was already a challenge for the big banks. However the really challenge: why all those other banks said "No". All our income was generated BY THAT FOURPLEX! Brandon is an extremely smart and knowledgeable man. He provided a wealth of information and knowledge. I only wish I had found him sooner. Paramount Bank is top notch

Loan officer Joshua Wright is the best. I have never had someone work so hard to get a loan approved. He never gave up and worked 7 days a week on my loan. It was very difficult but he was there 7 days a week and always picked up the phone. Can't say enough about working with him !!
