Justin at paramount leased my wife a car and wrote down the wrong mileage. He said he would take care of it on his end when the lease expires. Well that never happened. When my wife applied for a loan it popped up as an open account in the amount of $1300. When we contacted him about this he said he would take care of it. I had a highly disappointing experience with this leasing broker. I've been a customer with Justin for some years now. This is my 4th vehicle with Justin and I literally have no complaints. He's a very busy men but some how always finds a way communicate with you and get things done. There's literally no pressure unlike when you go to a dealership.
