Disappointed since the ownership change - now they won’t even respond to messages. Previous work was great though.
First class service and fabulous body work.
Paramount was great. Quality work, friendly staff. Taran was great in explaining what had to be done and the time required to complete the work. Great customer service.
It was an unusual job due to the fact that parts were required to be supplied from Japan and this caused a significant delay, beyond the responsibility of the shop. The work was completed to a high standard and they were helpful in providing a courtesy vehicle and kept me appraised of the progress. I have been dealing with this shop for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.
