Went here with my cat some weeks ago, even tho the vet know whats wrong base on the symtoms, she said the cat needs to be examine for a fee (reasonable) after the examination the vet said the cat needs to do 3 tests, $350 each. I said i dont have that kinda money. The vet then say i should pick one of the tests. I brought my 2-year-old dog into the emergency vet on a Sunday after he suddenly couldn’t walk. I was terrified, and the staff immediately saw the panic in my eyes and triaged him right away. They confirmed that he was stable enough to wait and continued checking in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were doing okay. Discovered a laceration on my dog's shoulder that needed stitches. Was in and out within a few hours. The Vets and technicians were extremely helpful and understanding. They also did their utmost to decrease the cost while still approaching the procedure in the best way for both myself and my pet. I was kept in the loop about my dog's status the whole time. Worst experience ever! The vet was more concerned about me signing the papers than taking care of my pet. She was NOT knowledgeable, did bring for my dog and then told me she'll probably die over night. They charged me 1000 for nothing, I took my dog left and went to the CARE emergency centre, where the found she had cancer and saved her life. Money wasn't their first priority.
