I love my apartment and the office is always very kind. The apartments are pretty large, but also feel homey. The maintenance people are very prompt and competent.

I am a current resident at Paramont Woods living here since 2 years. It is one of the few places where you don't feel like a rented home and they treat you like a property owner itself. They have been prompt to fix leaks or bulbs. Also consistent check on fire alarm, fire extinguisher along with pest control or cleanup snow during winter. We haven't even moved in yet, and we are happy with the experience with the office, and are pleased with the property itself. We were treated courteously as we were applying, and the office worker who spoke to us was more than kind. The only problem we had was calling on the weekends, there is an emergency line that picked up and told us that the office was open when they were not. Perhaps they meant by appointment, since when we arrived, there was no one at the main office and the door was locked. We did end up driving half... read more
