Julie and sandy were amazing help. I had a prenatal testing done with them and probably worked their nerves with phone calls & questions, but they were truly amazing. 100 recommend them
Front desk lady was not very friendly but the gentleman who did my test was very friendly and explained the whole process.
Front desk lady Karen (I think) was rude, not well with providing information and just plain out unprofessional. For 69$ to take a pee test for a screening could at least be courteous for someone that's new to this type of screening.
Paramex has excellent fast service. They gave me the best rates in Northern CA and the y have the best pricing in Chico. Friendly staff and very fast.
