Very awful experience. Absolutely terrible they are such an unprofessional service and do not provide any care or support!
Very bad experience,,, the nurses are very bad when you tell them we need someone with experience they send you a trainer and pock you 3 times and not be able to put the Iv in ….all that pain everything was put in wrong 😡😡
Mom’s intake nurse Benite was wonderful. When dealing with a terminal illness it’s great to see such caring and supportive people still exist. She did a fantastic job of navigating the difficult questions, and making mom as comfortable as possible.
