The one we got stuck with does nothing but cause trouble. This company does not care about you and more importantly your loved one! 2.3 Stars is way to much for this company even 1 star is to high worst company out here and for what you have to pay to have them just come out to give your loved one a shower 3 times a week is just down right robbery avoid Paramed at all costs if you are using good luck not all there PSW's are bad but there are a few that need to either be retrained or out right fired. Staff shows up randomly, no matter what schedule is confirmed with us. We schedule our lives helping, around schedules given to us. Staff leaves instead of waiting for elderly mother to finish eating. Morning staff was asked to leave as she was very rough and rude. Coordinators are absolutely no help. Meds get missed, and care is rushed.
Their unreliability is absolutely astounding. Maybe pay your workers more so they'll give a crap
