This company is terrible. They often show up hours after the scheduled time. Sometimes nobody comes at all. It's always someone different and so you have to explain the care over and over again with each new face. They also don't spend any time doing anything properly. There's no way you can wash someone's hair in under two minutes. I just spent two hours waiting for someone to come spend two minutes "taking care" of my dad. The level of care is unacceptable
