I cannot tell you strongly or robustly enough to avoid this company at all costs. The other reviewers are correct --- random, inconsistent, unreliable appearances, missed appointments, negligent communication, etc., etc. My experience in arranging care for my 87-year-old mother was simply appalling: never on time, never the same person, scattershot communication, missed appointments and, on one occasion, a PSW rifling through my mother's bedroom drawers while she, non-verbal, protested to no avail. Worst experience
Very disappointed in this organization! They REFUSE to change my 90 year old mother's address to mine, WHERE SHE NOW LIVES! I have called several times and was told that I had to change it through the government. They have NO IDEA what I am talking about! Every time there is a new PSW the go to my mother's OLD address and my mother is the one who is neglected for it! RIDICULOUS! IF I could give negative stars, I WOULD!
