1 star. ParaMed failed to provide the support we were promised. My wife is disabled and we were relieved to finally get PSW help. The experience with ParaMed was unacceptable: First PSW: Left 15 minutes early on the first visit. Became confrontational on the second visit. Weekend PSW: She was excellent and compassionate. But one good employee doesn't fix systemic issues. Manager visit: We were told ParaMed does not help clients into the bathtub — only sponge baths. No housekeeping either. One worker left half hour, lied about the job client requested. Can’t help much on showers, only offer sponge bath. Manager is not listening, never use their services again. Weekend worker Megan is very good though.
