Wow ....is this place horrible! It's been six weeks of inconsistent times, PSW's quality of care and forget about the scheduling office -. What a waste of taxpayers money. The government should do an audit on this company because if they had someone that listened and cared Paramed would be out of business.
Had an encounter with one of the psw , and not only she is rude, she has no basic human decency of being polite. I can't believe she worked as psw. im nor surprised looking at the reviews here, seems like this place doesnt have a decent human. Im not sure if it's racism or just lack of human decency. I dont recommend anyone using their services.
Half of government funded homecare PSWs are not decent human beings. That is just the way it is. If you pay out of pocket, you get better PSWs. Helping Hands Healthcare out of Mississauga provide good PSWs but you have to pay.
