Worst place to work, don’t even bother they don’t care about the Psw, management is horrible and coordination don’t even mention, supervisor will never answer ur call or emails horrible place, I just quite no more stress
Such a toxic world , ruining by unqualified people
Arranged home visit for vaccine for elderly father. He was not feeling well. So called the nurse to cancel. Left voicemail twice and asked her to confirm cancellation. No response. Called Paramed and spoke to nurse coordinator who advised they will cancel. BUT nurse showed up anyway and had to again mention her that we didn’t want shot. What a scam! I suppose showing meant they can charge govt for the visit regardless whether or not shot was given.
I found their service excellent! Both weekday and weekend nurse were time, patient, and caring. Every time I called their office I got to speak with someone right away and they were always helpful. Thank you!
