Such a toxic world , ruining by unqualified people
Arranged home visit for vaccine for elderly father. He was not feeling well. So called the nurse to cancel. Left voicemail twice and asked her to confirm cancellation. No response. Called Paramed and spoke to nurse coordinator who advised they will cancel. BUT nurse showed up anyway and had to again mention her that we didn’t want shot. What a scam! I suppose showing meant they can charge govt for the visit regardless whether or not shot was given.
I found their service excellent! Both weekday and weekend nurse were time, patient, and caring. Every time I called their office I got to speak with someone right away and they were always helpful. Thank you!
Wow ....is this place horrible! It's been six weeks of inconsistent times, PSW's quality of care and forget about the scheduling office -. What a waste of taxpayers money. The government should do an audit on this company because if they had someone that listened and cared Paramed would be out of business.
Had an encounter with one of the psw , and not only she is rude, she has no basic human decency of being polite. I can't believe she worked as psw. im nor surprised looking at the reviews here, seems like this place doesnt have a decent human. Im not sure if it's racism or just lack of human decency. I dont recommend anyone using their services.
