I just left in tears at this clinic. I was about 10-15 minutes (my fault) and was happy to wait my turn cause shit happens and I’m a grown person that can be patient. I could tell the receptionist was doing my best to remind the nurses about me in the waiting room and everytime he did, they would both say loudly “she’s late, she has to wait” in a rather passive aggressive tone knowing I was sitting there. This company never, ever answers the phone....ever.. not for clients, employees, Ontario health at home..doesn't matter who you are...they don't answer. Get extra staff if you can't accommodate the phone line operating hours. Stop being cheap. You're affecting people's health.
I have nothing but good things to say regarding my experience. Was referred from Hospital for 6 week treatment iv antibiotics program. Have to admit, at first it all seemed a little overwhelming and maybe chaotic but certainly not from the standpoint of any of the technicians!. Thank you all for your care!
Great nurses and excellent care from everyone I've been dealing with for my wound care.
Not a great experience. I was referred by the hospital to this location to receive IV antibiotics. When my mum and I got there for our first dose, it was chaotic. We were greeted by someone in scrubs and we weren't sure if he was a patient or worked there and he was just chilling in the waiting room on his phone. Eventually he gets up and has us checked in. Then it seemed they didn't know why we were there (I guess they couldn't find my files? They did eventually). They were so discombobulated, like they werent expecting me ... read more
