The field workers are great, trying to do what they can but the company is very disorganized . They should bring people in the office out at least once a year to shadow field workers to see what the clients and the workers are actually dealing with.
Man they never call when they remove a worker and some of the psw dont do all what they need too do.
Administration has terrible communications skills. They get confused and loss in their own paper work in regards to clients files. If on services and you get ill and need to cancel a visit you get penalized for it and get put under review. I do not recommend this service.
