All staff are very professional yet still care for their patients. They are very personalable as well. They are willing to connet with doctors too. Overall the BEST care I hve ever had. From a very serious open lower leg wound to almost Completely healed. ALL due to the staffing & care of ParaMed Bancroft. Please be proud & care for your staff. You do hve a great staff in Catherine,Nicole & others.

I have recently, since before Christmas had continuous problems with scheduling by office staff. They do not seem very client care service oriented. They appear to not care about their clients needs more so their administrative concerns. Something has deteriorated as my previous 5 years were better.
