Not very reliable service. Constantly short staffed and some staff have very little to no training at all. Respite care service is not very reliable either. My respite care was canceled and no one from main office notified me. I was informed by my regular worker who happened to show up an hour before my respite care was to start. Sad that people live to be that old and be treated so poorly. 😥
