Nurses are competent but scheduling is impossible on week-end. Message voicemail box is full and main office of Paramed do not answer their phones or return messages left. Need a better system especially when appointments are changed. There is no way to confirm new times. Very frustrating. Phone number on website is not in Service!
This team knows theirs stuff and are always friendly and personable. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and treated with respect. Also they are very fast with bandage changes.
