I'm very upset. I'm a paraplegic and I have not had care that these people outline in their policies. My appointment was for 1 to 3 I get called at 3pm being told can I reschedule you today or do you cancel. Me cancel.... If I had a job and didn't show up or call 1 hour ahead saying I'm not showing up I would get fired.

How disappointing this experience has been wirh paramed missed appts. No calls or show up for washing mom at 93 years old...I hope your parent never had to go through a service like this ever...instead of psw they send how that the government pays half their wage and can't shower my mom they say they don't know how even though they have been trained they rush the visit slap the facecloth over her and leave...so disgusting to c mom on that way...No one cares at the upper level couldn't care less about your complaints never ad... read more
Greetings, I am very sad to admit that my mom's and my experience with Paramed was very difficult. I am hurt that the nursing supervisor Amanda did not schedule the visit when it was needed and did everything to blame it on nurses who are innocent in that pericular matter. When i was giving her clear statement about what happened she accused me of being aggressive.
