The supervisor called Diana in Hamilton downtown you are killing this company. You have to treat the people equally and understand what the workers get through. Don’t just like fire them like & all of us. We are walking together to meet the client needs.

I worked for this company for 19 years and they treated employees like garbage. I had another job and they where trying to force me into shifts I was unavailable for.

Formidable staff in the care unit and in home. Thankful for the professionals (Therpeutics, Health Aid, Nurses, Support Workers, etc.) involved who took excellent care of my mother during a transitional period of her life and brought her exceptional health care and support. Thank you Hamilton Paramed

Former client in toronto who then became a HSW for paramed, then returned as a client. In may 2017 I was hut by a TTC bus and required help- it was stopped due to the pandemic. FFWD to 2021 and alot of physio and excerise, I am able to try to work. Wanting to give back I applied as a HSW and was hired by Paramed Hamilton in 2021. After months of being over worked, I reinjured myself on the job(i wont get into how this was handled, please do not ask) and found myself a client once again in 2022.
