I came to London for cancer treatment and my doctor set it up so I would have 2 PSWs come every day, one early and one later. I know it's not the PSWs fault because they don't do their own scheduling but not once did they get it right. The thing that warrants a 1* rating from me is they discharged me with 2 weeks left of my radiation therapy on face. Delay, delay visits. Wednesday turns to Friday, Friday turns to Monday. Meanwhile my balls take a dip into the poo water of my commode when i need to use it. Complaint going into OHAH, my OT, PT and MP.
I have a terrific PSW that comes to me on Tuesdays and Fridays. She does a fantastic job and I hope I continue to receive her for my care
Strange business name considering they are not Paramedics . They have no sense of urgency. No- one answers phone calls. The answering machine records that they will reply within 2 hours. Staff on the phone are rude and nasty. The scheduling is feckless we don’t know who is coming or when, neither do the PSW’s. Bless their hearts they are wonderful, they deserve a better company to work for. Health Care is a race to the bottom. Paramed is down there with the worst of them.
