My dad has Parkinson's disease. So, my mother needs help. This company has been useless. Never the same person. Don't notify if they can't make it. They are often late. If my mom calls and cancels, they show up anyway. Today! Today was inexcusable! Today, the lady fell asleep while watching my father. What if he wandered off? What if he fell? I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I do not understand the low reviews, I went everyday for 1.5 months for wound care and was always met with the upmost professionalism and best of care. The nurses (both day and night) were amazing. Thank you so much paramed for all your help.
Night staff-amazing, super helpful and delightful. But my rating has nothing to do with night staff.. just Soley on the whole company and Day staff/ receptionist... they are absolute trash and rude. Completely disorganized, no one communicates with anyone else especially when necessary. Receptionist is rude and has a bad attitude for no good reason. You can't ask questions without an attitude. I was warned: “The nurses show up when they want to, they don’t communicate with each other, they are supposed to reschedule missed appointments but those never go through.” The home care nurse also claims she can’t insert a new IVs(????) after flushing one that was leaking. So what CAN they do? Whats the point of having a homecare nurse if you can barely troubleshoot or manage the most basic and common incidences?
