Night staff-amazing, super helpful and delightful. But my rating has nothing to do with night staff.. just Soley on the whole company and Day staff/ receptionist... they are absolute trash and rude. Completely disorganized, no one communicates with anyone else especially when necessary. Receptionist is rude and has a bad attitude for no good reason. You can't ask questions without an attitude. I was warned: “The nurses show up when they want to, they don’t communicate with each other, they are supposed to reschedule missed appointments but those never go through.” The home care nurse also claims she can’t insert a new IVs(????) after flushing one that was leaking. So what CAN they do? Whats the point of having a homecare nurse if you can barely troubleshoot or manage the most basic and common incidences? We were very pleased with the service provided in their clinic at 460 Springbank. Staff was professional and friendly. Health care professionals changed dressings, and also gave detailed instructions and provided supplies to be able to continue with changes at home. They also did follow-up calls in a timely manor.
I been finding the girls are good but the coordinators are horrible so inconsistent with the times.
I was referred to this clinic for daily wound care. The nurses are qualified and great to be honest, but one of receptionists is the reason for my low rating. I had an unpleasant interaction with her over the phone and when I showed up for my first appointment (mind you, she has never seen me before nor knows what I look like), she stared daggers at me and was short and rude to the point I had to ask what was the matter.
