Health trust is owned by HCA so I am not sure why I expected better. They had me pay for physicals, titers, and x-rays only for the recruiter Marc Vorwald to vanish after I completed everything. My on boarding person was Thaisa Souza. She text every day reminding me to complete on boarding modules by a certain day. I devoted two entire days completing videos on Healthstream. Dealt with multiple health trust recruiters and overall had bad experience. The recruiters I recently interviewed with are not knowledgeable or helpful, treated me like garbage, don’t care if you get hired or not, pretend to be professional & are sarcastic and passive-aggressive. HealthTrust also wanted to charge me for physical health screening, lab work, titers, tb testing & fit testing to complete hiring process and give another person $500 referral bonus. Associate Recruiter former employee here, Toxic Micromanagement, Passive-Aggressive Leadership & Low Pay Pros: The job itself is easy and repetitive, making it a potential short-term option for those who need immediate employment. Some coworkers try to make the best of a bad situation, and there were moments of camaraderie.
