I’ve been going to Parallel for 7 years, and the experience has never wavered. Every service feels luxurious, intentional, and backed by real knowledge. I’ve never felt more confident in my own skin. The energy when you walk in is uplifting, and you leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and truly taken care of. A privilege to have this spa in western mass!!
I had the BEST facial with Dayne. She is so professional, so knowledgeable, and you can truly tell she loves skincare and what she does. She was excited to talk about products, ingredients, and what would actually benefit my skin, which I really appreciated. Had a facial today with Madisen From the time walked in she was welcoming the energy was calming The time and expertise and thoughtfulness which I can not just call a facial but the experience was so great.
