I have chosen this company many times for my plumbing needs, including sewer lines cleanouts and installing a sumpump. Great service, fair prices, and great workmanship! Definitely a 5 star for me!
I'm leaving this 2 star review not because of work quality, but because of unreasonable pricing of roughly $700 per hr. I had Parallel Plumbing take care of a sewer main line rooting for me on a rental of mine about 2 months ago. They came out on a Saturday and I had to pay extra for weekend service. I trusted them to take care of the problem and offer a fair/reasonable price. Unfortunately I was charged $700 DOLLARS for this service call. If you want shotty work done and major water damage down the road from improperly installed fittings, hire these guys. Or save yourself the nightmare of black mold and don't hire them. They have a one year warranty, the only problem is the extent of the water damage didn't make itself visible until three years down the road, so it's not their problem, it's yours.
