I’ve lived here for almost a year and have no complaints! Alexandria is incredibly personable, communicative, and easy to work with during the application and move-in process. I love how quiet the neighborhood is and the events that are held fairly often to build the feeling of community. The homes themselves have a modern and upgraded feel. Since everything is new, I haven’t needed to call Derek for many maintenance requests but when I have, he’s quick and very helpful. I’d give an extra star if I could!

We have lived in the community since July and have loved our time here. We moved here from out of state and Alexandria helped make the move in process a breeze. The floor plans are spacious with modern appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and located just minutes from shopping and restaurants. The staff at Parallel 36 at Liberty are extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to needs of residents. Derek does a fantastic job of quickly responding to maintenance requests. Highly recommended this community.
Parallel 36 @ Liberty is a great place to live! The community is quiet and is in an awesome location for all your shopping needs.
