Lovely community, cute rental houses, and the new property manager, Ms. Alexandria, is positively delightful! We felt very welcomed by her from the first minute we walked in. The pool is amazing, and though the gym is small, the equipment is nice.
We’ve lived here for a week, and absolutely love it. The neighborhood is very quiet. The office and maintenance staff are exceptional. The entire process was easy, and we couldn’t be happier.
I’ve lived here for almost a year and have no complaints! Alexandria is incredibly personable, communicative, and easy to work with during the application and move-in process. I love how quiet the neighborhood is and the events that are held fairly often to build the feeling of community. The homes themselves have a modern and upgraded feel. Since everything is new, I haven’t needed to call Derek for many maintenance requests but when I have, he’s quick and very helpful. I’d give an extra star if I could!
