Siento mi cambio corporal y mentalmente. Me siento más fuerte que nunca.Ty muy buen entrenador con un gran espíritu deportivo que nos muestra día a día. Y todos los que visitamos este lugar sentimos una gran armonía. Con un precio muy competitivo. No dudes en hacer un cambio en tu vida.
Casi 2 meces en este lugar ejercitándome y no he encontrado algo malo el personal es muy amable las instalaciones muy limpias no hay muchas máquinas pero el personal que viene es muy amable también y podemos compartir las máquinas
The BOD is hands down one of the best gyms around! Their classes are amazing…always challenging, motivating, and fun. Ty and his staff truly go above and beyond for their members. They make everyone feel welcome and supported, no matter your fitness level. You can really tell they care about helping you reach your goals and making sure you have a great experience every time you walk through the door. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, encouraging place to work out!
I love the Bod, Ty & all of the trainers! They truly care about each person and your specific needs! The Bod provides the best workouts! I highly recommend them!
