My sister went to them for help, and they completely disrespected her and did not perform the service she paid them for. When she informed them that the *** did not receive any documentation from them and that what they did send would not have fixed the problem anyway, they ignored her until the deadline to resolve the issue without penalty passed, and they refused to give her a refund for the services they never performed. If I could give them a negative star, I would.
We have been using Parakletos for many years and could not be any happier with the tax service they have consistently provided. We highly recommend them!

These people have gone above and beyond over the last 3 years... not only filing my taxes, but guiding me in my small business decisions and getting through the financial burdens that come about through divorce. I trust them completely. I have been pleasantly surprised at the fact that they charge me a significant amount less than what my other place charged me to file my (small business) taxes... And my return is better! They are KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly, professional, and accommodating!
