I don't know you but I do care about your mental health so I need to share my experience. I did not choose this group, they were picked for me by Kaiser and all visits were to be virtual or phone only. My initial appointment was basically an intake appointment with Dr. Rizaldy Ferrer and he was pleasant, informative and it was all routine. A few days later, I received a call to make my appointment. Long delays with getting setup for treatment. Poor communication about their services and process. Would not recommend this clinic, but have to go here because my provider has referred me here. Awful.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Kaiser referred me here. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! Two different people reached out to me to schedule and reschedule appointments for Wednesday at 11am. When the time came I logged on and Dr Ferrer stated I AM NOT EVEN ON HIS CALENDAR!!! Who the hell is running this place?? He stated a clerk would reach out to me but so far I haven't heard back. Called the facility twice and left a message and no response. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I had a referral with them from my insurance. They left me a message asking to call them back to set an appointment. That was 3 weeks ago, I left 3 messages and they have not gotten back to me. That's how much they care about your mental health.
Horrible place, horrible communications, horrible service, horrible everything. You get sicker dealing with this place, so avoid it if you would like to maintain sanity. Here is ONE example I experienced. I was in this chat room at the time of appointment. It said the therapist was there, ready, wait for a moment, will get started soon......and NOTHING HAPPENS FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES!
