I would not recommend this company. I spent two weeks repeatedly reporting that the pool was turning green. Instead of being honest and telling me they couldn’t make it, they kept saying someone had been sent, but later admitted that person apparently never showed up. That was not my responsibility—it was theirs. I paid for a professional pool service and did not receive it. The lack of communication, honesty, and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Lack of care and sympathy. Very unprofessional. I would trust my dog to lick my pool cleaner than this place.
